Your privacy matters to me.  This policy sets out how Mindful Communication, owned by Carolyn Davies, uses and protects any information that you provide when you use this website or when we meet face-to-face or online for training and coaching.

The information collected from you is the personal information you provide in order for me to process your requests and offer services that may be of interest to you.

All communication between your browser and my website is hosted in a secure data centre, and the software used is kept up to date.

Courses and Events

If you place an order via the website for a course, event or service, you will be asked to provide the information necessary to process your booking.  This may include your name, telephone number, email address and other relevant details.

Your information may be retained for administrative, legal or accounting purposes. You will only receive marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments are processed off-site through PayPal or by direct bank transfer. I do not have access to your credit card or financial details.

I keep course registers and student information in encrypted, password-protected files.

After some courses or services, you may receive follow-up emails containing resources, feedback forms or certificates. Feedback may be collected using tools such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms or documents. This information is used to improve my services.

News and Mailing List

You can subscribe to my mailing list to receive occasional updates, reflections and information about courses and events.

I make every effort to only send information that is relevant and useful.  You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.  My mailing list is managed using Brevo.

One-to-one coaching sessions

When you book a session through the website, a notification is sent to my email.

I may take brief notes during sessions to support continuity and reflection. These notes are stored securely in encrypted, password-protected files.

Where appropriate, I may send you a summary of our session by email.

​

Sessions are conducted via Zoom.
