In-person NVC Foundation training is effective, efficient, and less and less frequent in London. This is a rare opportunity to leave the screens behind and learn NVC with others in the room. My training style is fun and participatory, with an emphasis on practice. No prerequisites are required for this training.
Nonviolent Communication fosters empathy and understanding in our interactions with family, friends and workmates. This approach provides a subtle yet powerful framework to get to the essence of any issue and support effective communication.

This course is not suitable for children or teens under the age of 18. If you are a parent wishing to attend with a child over the age of 18, please get in touch before booking.

I will offer a refund minus an £8 admin fee for cancellations up until 14 days before the course begins. After that, I will issue a credit note valid for 1 year to attend another course in-person or online.

Carolyn Davies is a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication. A filmmaker by profession, she is passionate about the potential NVC has to transform relationships with family, friends and work colleagues.
