If you place an order via the website for a course, event or service, you will be asked to give the information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number, email address, title. Your contact data is transferred to a mailing list which is managed by mailchimp.
You will receive emails about your booking status. When your service is complete your name will be removed from my database unless you opt in to receive future news about my offers, services and events.
I keep course registers and student information in an encrypted password protected files on my computer.
After some courses, events and services, you will be sent a survey through email, for your feedback. Any responses received are used to helps me improve my service. I use survey monkey and google forms
You can subscribe to my mailing list to receive general news and event information on this website. I make every effort to only send you information of interest. You can unsubscribe any time simply by pressing the unsubscribe button in an email. My mailing list is managed by MailChimp.
When you make a booking for a session with me through the contact page on this website a notification is sent to my email address.
I keep a few notes during our sessions these help me remember what the main highlights were and any actions that were agreed. I send you a summary of these notes via email and store this information, alongside your registration on my computer in a password protected encrypted file.

Your information will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed to unspecified third parties.
You are entitled to see any information held about you and may request any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up-to-date.
Your information is retained for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires or permit.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. While our online posts may be viewed by children, we do not seel to receive data from children.
